  • You’ll need a valid, government-issued photo ID and the complete document ready to sign. The signer must be present, willing, and aware at the time of notarization. If you do not have a proper ID you will need to provide 2 witnesses.

  • Yes. We are a mobile notary and travel to homes, offices, hospitals, care facilities, jails, and other agreed-upon locations throughout Southern California.

  • California notary fees are set by the state per signature, with an additional travel fee based on distance, urgency, and location. Transparent pricing is provided before the signing is finished.

  • Yes. We notarize estate planning documents including trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and related paperwork.

  • Yes. Same-day and after-hours mobile notary appointments are available based on availability. Urgent requests are welcome.
