By accessing this website or booking services with On the Dot Notary LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Notary Services Disclaimer

On the Dot Notary LLC is a California Notary Public service provider.
We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice, explain documents, or recommend which documents to notarize.

Appointment Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing valid, acceptable identification

  • Ensuring documents are complete (no blanks)

  • Having all required signers present at the time of the appointment

Failure to meet these requirements may result in the appointment being canceled or rescheduled.

Fees & Payments

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Remaining fees are due at the time of service. Deposits are non refundable if the appointment is canceled or if a no show.

Notary fees are governed by California law.
Additional fees may apply for:

  • Mobile travel

  • After-hours or same-day service

  • Printing

  • Apostille or courier services

All fees will be disclosed prior to completion of service.

Cancellations

Cancellations or reschedules should be made as early as possible.
Travel or service fees may still apply once a notary has been dispatched.

No Guarantee of Outcome

On the Dot Notary LLC does not guarantee acceptance of notarized documents by third parties. Acceptance is determined by the receiving agency or institution.

Limitation of Liability

On the Dot Notary LLC is not liable for:

  • Document content

  • Legal consequences of notarized documents

  • Errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
